Enpirion introduces another revolution in low-power switching regulators. A completely integrated power system the EN5312QI includes power switches, inductor, gate drive, controller and loop compensation in a tiny 5 mm x 4 mm package. The 1.1 mm profile and small footprint enables the use of this part where space is at a premium. It is ideal as a replacement for LDOs in applications for powering low voltage chip sets where low dissipation, low ripple, tight voltage regulation and low EMI are becoming increasingly important.
