The General Eastern product line is made up of industrial relative humidity (RH) dew point measurement devices, commercial relative humidity / temperature transmitters, sensors, and precision laboratory instrumentation. General Eastern's air and gas pressure transmitters and instruments are primarily used in HVAC systems and to monitor critical differential pressures in clean rooms, paint spray rooms, surgical suites, and respiratory treatment rooms.

The GE General Eastern HumiTrac™ is a relative humidity and temperature transmitter designed to serve the building automation/HVAC market, as well as a wide variety of general purpose relative humidity monitoring applications. All models of the HumiTrac incorporate a NIST traceable, field-replaceable sensor tip, a rugged capacitive sensing element capable of full-scale 0 to 100% relative humidity measurement, and a host of field configurable output options.
